Create an Application for 2024

 

Registration prices are based on a number of criteria

1) Type of business/organization applying

2) Add-ons requested (tents, tables, chairs, vehicles, etc.)

 

The best way to determine the fee for your exhibitor space is to create an application. Once your application is complete, a fee will be calculated. Creation of an application does not obligate you to participate. Payment for your registration will confirm your participation. Please review registration category descriptions below to help inform your registration.

 

Regular Food Vendor  

Regular food vendor booths are available to food vendors that prepare and sell ready to eat food to the public. We are looking for a wide variety of eclectic food offerings for our guests. This includes regular food, as well as non-alcoholic beverages and desserts.

Dessert Food Vendor

Dessert food vendor booths are available to vendors that prepare and sell ready to eat desserts to the public. We are looking for a wide variety of eclectic dessert offerings for our guests. This includes desserts ONLY and vendors in this category will not be permitted to sell regular food alongside their desserts.

Handmade Products 

Handmade product booths are available to vendors that create and produce handmade goods.

All items offered for sale in this “Handmade” category MUST be your own personal handmade creation. You must create and produce the art and you must personally be present at the event to sell your art/goods. Products include candles, jewelry, leather goods, hand sewn and/or hand pressed clothing, beauty products such as lotions and oils, art such as paintings and sculptures. This category is for a booth space only and does not include parade participation.

Non-Profit Organization 

Nonprofit booth spaces are available to local 501c3 non profit organizations that are headquartered in the nine counties of San Francisco Bay Area. This includes non-profit organizations with an annual budget of less than $1 Million. If your annual budget is greater than $10 Million, please consider the sponsorship category. This category is for a booth space only, and does not include parade participation.

Commercial Services & Retail Products 

This category is for all vendors that do not meet the strict guidelines for a hand-crafted booth space. This category is for a booth space only and does not include parade participation. If your annual budget is greater than $1 Million, please consider the sponsorship category. This includes California-based businesses that provide goods and/or services such as:

Beauty and health (health and beauty services such as hair salons, nail salons, spas)
Marketing services (advertising, promotion, sales and other marketing services)
Medical practitioners (doctors, dentists, chiropractors, and other medical services)
Professional services (consulting and freelancing)
Photography (photography and services)
Media (Production and distribution of media such as graphics and videos)
Clothing and fashion (manufactured apparel, footwear, & accessories such as fashion designers & modeling agencies)
